Small enterprise or large-scale company - CULUMNATURA® has the same business conditions for everyone. A high proportion of the overall turnover is achieved by the sales of our products, since they are offered neither on the internet nor sold at wholesale; this standard is also the basis for our considerable customer loyalty we enjoy and the high proportion of regular customers CULUMNATURA® salons can rely on. The seminars form a major focus of our work: After completing a course, the participants receive a diploma. Besides these high-quality services we offer our franchisees exclusively the following benefits:
- Currently, no admission fee
- Advertising: Due to our constant inter-regional advertising high brand awareness can be guaranteed. Therefore, monthly advertising expenditures are clearly reduced, since your advertising only needs to cover the local area. For your own salon advertising we provide a wide range of material (separate online portal for franchisee): templates for advertisements, posters, folders, brochures, PR reports, product-related photos.
- Seminars / further training: Every skin and hair practitioner seminar offered by CULUMNATURA® can be attended for free in the first franchise year (one year from the date of the completion of the contract; max. 3 persons can take part per salon). After this period participating in one seminar per year as well as in the annual CULUMNATURA® conference is free of charge.
- Salon newspaper: The personalised CULUMNATURA® salon newspaper is being published 4-6 times a year. Franchise salons can receive the CULUMNATURA® salon newspaper free of charge.
- Homepage: We create an individual homepage for you with your own domain in the eco-hairstylist design.
- Information events: Provided you arrange an appointment well in advance, we hold presentations on current topics in your salon for free.
- Quality control: At least once a year we send anonymous test customers to your salon, who will monitor the observance of CULUMNATURA® standards. This is equally for our and your protection.
